Community Support Workers (Level 2)
Reporting to the Client Service Coordinator, you will work alongside and assist children and adults with disabilities and/or adults with a mental illness to meet their individual goals.
Community Support Workers are responsible for physical support, safety and engagement of their clients. With proven experience in the field an advantage, you will work in both the community and our respite house located in Clare.
The position is remunerated at level two of the Modern Federal SCHCD Services Industry Award 2010 and the CNCS Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (2016). The position is included in the Fair Work Community Sector wage claim and will receive substantial annual increases over the next year. We also offer generous salary packaging scheme.
