Client Service Senior Coordinator (Level 4) – 30 p/w negotiable
SA Country Carers is a non-profit, community-based organisation providing Carer Support and Respite programs in the Lower North of South Australia. We have a very exciting employment opportunity. The position is remunerated under the Modern Federal SCHCD Services Industry Award and the CNCS Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (2016). There is also a generous salary packaging scheme available and above award conditions.
With a working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, you will be responsible for the planning & coordination of client services where the client is empowered to exercise choice & control. Having a required qualification at Diploma level, you will work within a team providing individual & group services that assist children or adults with a disability, chronic illness, mental illness, dementia or of frail age to access community and build resilience, wellness and reablement. Reporting to the Manager Client Service and Support, you will develop a supportive team environment that demonstrates commitment to quality outcomes.
For the position, the following will be an advantage:
- Proven experience in the field
- An understanding of the particular needs of Carers in their everyday role of caring and
- Competency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite

Community Support Workers in Disability Services (Level 2)
Reporting to the Client Service Coordinator/Senior Coordinator, you will work alongside and assist children and adults with disabilities and/or adults with a mental illness to meet their individual goals.
Community Support Workers are responsible for physical support, safety and engagement of their clients. With proven experience in the field an advantage, you will work in both the community and our respite house located in Clare.
The position is remunerated at level two of the Modern Federal SCHCD Services Industry Award 2010 and the CNCS Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (2016). The position is included in the Fair Work Community Sector wage claim and will receive substantial annual increases over the next few years. We also offer generous salary packaging scheme.
